1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days

  • Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods or pre-orders

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Within South Africa

(International shipping may be added in the future.)

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (after processing)

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services

  • Each product is made individually when you place your order. This helps us reduce waste and support sustainable production.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

  • Fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery progress

6. Delays & Lost Packages

Christ Abiding Citizens is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

We will, however, assist where possible with courier follow-ups.

7. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries

  • Re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility

8. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are shipped once production is complete

  • Estimated shipping timelines will be communicated clearly

9. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging
