  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side

4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items sent

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

5. Sale & Promotional Items

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted unless the item is defective

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

7. Pre-Orders & Custom Items

  • Pre-order and custom-made items are non-refundable

  • Production begins immediately after order confirmation
